The limited warranty & guarantee will be applied and upheld on the new fiber laser cutting machine purchased from www.cloudraylaser.com, starting from the date of order fulfillment as follows:

1.The whole system (fiber laser included) is guaranteed for 2 years, while auxiliary components, such as chillers, are guaranteed for 1 year.
2.Cloudray Laser guarantees you a 7-Day Return window (beginning the date of receipt) to evaluate your purchase.

Before submitting a return, we recommend reaching out to our after-sales technical support team to discuss your concerns and receive expert assistance. At CloudrayLaser, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of receipt for you to evaluate your purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy:

After confirming receipt of the equipment, Cloudray will install the system and perform online debugging at your location. We will also provide 3-7 days of comprehensive training, which includes: Machine operation and programming, Equipment maintenance, and Related cutting process training.

You may return or exchange your purchase within the 7-day training period, as specified by the training deadline.
A refund or exchange will be processed once the machine is returned and all items are verified.
Due to custom modifications, Returned items are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
Refunds can not be issued for leasing equipment due to leasing company terms. We can exchange, however.

Important Return Information:
1.We recommend keeping the original crate and packaging for a potential return.
2.Refunds will exclude shipping and handling costs.
3.No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
4.Any accessories that are not returned will not be eligible for a refund.
5.The original shipping/handling fee will be the basis for non-refundable costs.
6.Please contact us for confirmation before shipping your return. Due to freight costs, we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.

Return Policy for Manufacturer Defects

This policy applies solely to the return of cutters with major manufacturer defects or damages that occur upon delivery. For defects or damages arising after delivery, please refer to our separate warranty policy. Major defects are defined as those that significantly impact the machine’s performance.

A product with a major manufacturing defect may be returned to Cloudray Laser only with prior approval from our customer support team within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price, pending inspection. If, upon inspection, the item or part is found to be damaged due to inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or misuse/abuse, it will be subject to the Return Policy for Products Without Manufacturer Defects.

Important Return Information:
1.Cloudray Laser will not accept returns without prior approval.
2.The item must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
3.No refunds will be issued for installation or training costs.
4.Cloudray Laser is not responsible for any ancillary expenses, including moving costs associated with the shipment or return of our products.

 

Discounts (if applicable)

1.No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is made. For any discount inquiries or issues, please contact our customer support before placing your order.
2.Single Order Limitation: Two or more promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined for a single order.
3.Financed Machines Exclusion: Discounts, sales, and promotions do not apply to financed machines.
